What we collect, and why.
We ask for as little as possible, we tell you exactly what we do with it, and we never sell it.

Who is responsible
Panache International Education Advisory is the data controller for the information described here. If you have a question about your data, write to us and a person will answer.
What the enquiry form collects
Only what you type, plus a few technical details the server records automatically:
- Your name and email address, so we can reply.
- Your country, and the language you were reading the site in.
- For families: your child’s age range, curriculum, current school, your timeframe, and whether your child has been away from home before.
- For schools and institutions: the institution’s name, your role, and the institution’s size.
- Which services you are interested in, and anything you write in the open question.
- Technical: your IP address, browser identifier, the page you came from, when you submitted, and how long the form took to fill in. We use these only to block automated abuse.
Information about children
The family form asks for a child’s age range and current school. We ask for this because advice without it would be guesswork. We ask for the age range, not a date of birth, and we never ask for a child’s name. The form is meant to be completed by a parent or guardian, and the information is used only to prepare our response to you.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and to advise you properly. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to profile you.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, named panache_lang. It remembers which language you chose, lasts a year, and contains nothing but a two-letter language code. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers on this site.
Third parties
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore contacts Google’s servers, and Google can see your IP address when it does. This is the only third party involved in serving this site. Your enquiry itself is stored on our own server and is not sent anywhere else.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation it started is still useful — typically through the admissions cycle it concerns. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time, and we will.
Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK No. 6698) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form. Withdrawing it does not undo what we did before, but it stops anything further.
Write to us and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your national supervisory authority.
